This charming old place is a reasonable option for a one-night stay, offering a double room with coffee facilities included.

The hotel had magnificent location next to the canal of Berry, a train stop with lots of old-world charm and the autoroute. The room we where changed to was spotlessly clean and practical and included climate control, TV, and a DVD player. After a long drive the excellant stuff was waiting for us.

We stayed at Auberge Magnette for a night during our drive from Calais to Le Somail. It was the perfect stopping off place, conveniently located halfway and close to the A71. The building is situated in a quiet area next to the Canal De Berry and the intriguing Canal De Berry museum. The rooms were air-conditioned and spacious, with wetroom type shower/toilet. The decorations in the house were intriguing, especially the downstairs toilet. The meals prepared by Nelleker were excellent, making it unnecessary to look for other dining options. The hosts, Stephen and Nelleker, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. The level of customer care was exceptional.

Loved every detail about my stay at Auberge Magnette in Audes. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from everything I wanted to visit. - the restaurant was fantastic, serving freshly cooked dishes that were delightful.

We had a blast exploring the surroundings, with tons of activities like cycling and hiking. The location was perfect for adventure-seeking teens like us. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a fun-filled getaway with friends!

The only thing we wished for at Auberge Magnette was a little more nightlife. As young party-goers, we were craving some late-night fun after our adventurous days.

The countryside location of this hotel is serene and peaceful. You can enjoy nature walks and cycling routes nearby. the rooms have comfortable beds, good internet access, and colorful interiors. There is a quaint terrace in the front where you can enjoy drinks. the hosts are friendly and the breakfast is good too.

The curfew time is not convenient who want to have a late night out.

the room was incredibly comfortable, and I had the best sleep of my entire holiday. the owners, Stephen and Nelleker, were friendly and welcoming, making sure that I was well taken care of. Despite being located next to a working railway station, it was surprisingly quiet, with only a handful of trains passing by each day. the picturesque canal on the other side added to the tranquil atmosphere. the auberge had an old, fashioned charm, offering tasty food and a great selection of Dutch beer. I appreciated the down, to, earth and comfortable ambiance, which was much more appealing to me than a generic chain hotel. Cons: Nothing, everything was great! 😄.

The cozy room was well decorated with a small Xmas tree and two gifts were offered which was a nice touch. the location was great for walks by the canal and with easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of foods offered including homemade jams.

The Xmas dinner didn't meet our expectations. the food was average and cold when served.
